Community Guidelines
OutTwo. Last updated July 2026.
OutTwo exists so music fans don't have to go to shows alone — to find buddies, make friends, and meet people around live gigs. That only works if it stays a place people feel safe. These guidelines explain what we expect. Breaking them can get your content removed or your account suspended. They sit alongside our Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Be real
Use your own photos and truthful details. Don't impersonate other people, artists, or brands, and don't run bot or spam accounts. One person, one genuine profile.
2. 18+ only
You must be 18 or older. Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises people who appear to be minors, is banned outright and reported to the authorities.
3. Treat people well
No harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying — including messages, comments, or content targeting someone's race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or background. If someone isn't interested, move on. "No" is a complete answer.
4. Consent & respect
Don't send unsolicited sexual messages or explicit images. Don't post photos of other people without their agreement, and never share anyone's private information (address, phone, workplace) — yours or theirs.
5. Keep it legal & genuine
No scams, phishing, ticket fraud, solicitation, or promotion of illegal goods. The ticket noticeboard is for fans helping fans — not touting or resale scams. Don't post content you don't have the rights to (see our Copyright / DMCA page).
6. Meeting in person
Meeting people from OutTwo is at your own discretion. Meet in public, at the show or a busy place; tell a friend where you'll be; you can share your plan from within the app. Trust your instincts and leave if something feels off. OutTwo doesn't vet or background-check members.
7. Report it
You can block anyone and report profiles, messages, or content that break these rules. Reports go to our review team. Please don't abuse reporting to target people you simply disagree with.
8. What happens if you break the rules
Depending on severity, we may remove content, issue a warning, suspend, or permanently ban an account. Serious harms — threats, exploitation of minors, credible danger to others — can be reported to law enforcement. We apply these rules at our discretion to keep the community safe.
