Terms of Service
OutTwo. Last updated June 2026.
1. Who can use OutTwo
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the app. By using OutTwo you confirm you meet this requirement. We may remove accounts we believe belong to minors.
2. Your account
Keep your login details secure and don't impersonate anyone. The information on your profile should be truthful. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Community rules
OutTwo is for music fans to connect around live shows. You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other people; post sexual content involving minors or anything illegal; spam, scam, or solicit; share other people's private information; or upload content you don't have the rights to. Be decent — treat people as you would at a gig.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, notes, messages, and setlist entries you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them so the app works (e.g. showing your diary to you, or a public post to your buddies). You're responsible for what you post.
5. Reporting & enforcement
You can block any user and report behaviour that breaks these rules. We review reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts. We can remove content or accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
6. Concert data
Event, artist, and map information comes from third-party sources (including Ticketmaster, MusicBrainz, Cover Art Archive, Deezer, and map providers) and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We don't sell tickets — links to ticketing are provided as a convenience.
7. No warranty & liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, OutTwo isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for interactions between users — meeting people from the app is at your own discretion; meet in public and stay safe.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. You can delete your account anytime in Settings, which removes your data (see the Privacy Policy).
