OutTwo respects intellectual property and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on OutTwo infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it using the process below. This works whether or not your country has a formal "DMCA" law — we handle all good-faith copyright complaints the same way.

How to report infringing content

Email hello@outtwo.app with the subject line "Copyright complaint" and include:

• Your name and contact details.
• A description of the work you say is infringed (e.g. a photo, video, or text you own).
• A link or clear description of where the infringing content appears on OutTwo (profile, diary entry, message, etc.).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

What we do

We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the content where appropriate. We may notify the user who posted it, and repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to post it, email us at the same address with an explanation, the content that was removed, and your contact details. We'll review it and may restore the content.

A note on concert data

Event, artist, and image data shown in the app comes from third-party sources (including Ticketmaster, MusicBrainz, Cover Art Archive, and Deezer) under their respective terms. If you're a rights holder with a concern about that data, use the same contact above and we'll address it. See also our Terms.
